Alrighty, story time from a guy who spends a lot of time behind his camera.
I came across a TTS video back in the ancient times of 2010. As a puny 8 year old, I enjoyed laughing at the crude humor. A few years later, I discovered a channel that went by the name of nkrs200. He had made pretty hilarious TTS videos, and I quickly became hooked on them. I enjoyed watching Microsoft Sam Reads Funny Windows Errors, and I enjoyed seeing the works of Microsoft Sam's Big Vacation and other smaller projects like Taco Night, Tech Support, and the Christmas Specials.
Surprisingly, during my years of watching Text To Speech Comedy, I never actually contributed. So when one of my error requests actually showed up in a video, I was overcome with joy. I still don't know why though. It was just an error request, and it lasted less than a minute, but dammit it was a great moment to me.
I began to really start getting into TTS in the year 2016. I had accidentally stumbled across the official nkrs200 Skype Chat while using the official nkrs200 app. It was there that I met the guy whom I had wanted to meet and talk to for a very long time, Mr. nkrs200 himself. And he seemed to be a pretty cool guy. Of course, we grew pretty close when drama began to happen, and we spoke more often. I feel that was when we became friends and I wasn't seen as a fan. So I guess that was really a positive in my time with in the TTS community.
In 2014, I just found out that Microsoft Sam was on Windows XP. I had heard the voice in other videos without knowing who it was. So I searched "Microsoft Sam" on YouTube and nkrs200's videos were almost all of the results.
I was in a handful. I was watching since season 4 but didnt get my errors accepted for 4 seasons. I just made an error talking on Professor Oak blowing up the iway cookies. After that, nkrs200 just stuck to accepting my errors.
